Return Policy

Making a Return to MIYOlife™

We want you to be completely happy with your order. We will gladly accept your timely return of unopened, unused, or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging, tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used / Opened merchandise cannot be returned unless DOA.

Overall Return Guidelines

These are MIYOlife™’s (“Us”, “we” or “our”) Overall Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the MIYOlife™ website. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.

Any return for a refund may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% to 25% at our sole discretion.

All products that are new with the retail packaging never opened and original UPC can be returned to us within 30 days regardless of the individual return policy.

Return shipping will not be covered by us.
Products that are received by MIYOlife™ in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be sent back to you at your cost and expense:
-Any product not purchased from MIYOlife™.
-Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return.
-Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, and all other items originally included with the product.
-Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
-Any product that exhibits physical damage.

Return for refund within: 14 days from receipt of item
Return for replacement within: 14 days from receipt of item
Any damages incurred during shipment must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

Please allow 10-14 days for processing.

International Shipping terms

Those items for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import fees, duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the respective country, in addition to the brokerage fees/custom clearance charges which may be imposed by the carrier. These charges must be borne by the recipient. MIYOlife™ has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.  It's illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees. To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Designated Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation. 


For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and any additional materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from MIYOlife™, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations your destination country.
